how about all the old Ed Wood movies? Plan 9 from Outer Space, Glenn or Glenda, etc? Plan 9 has the last role by famed actor Bella Lugosi (also check out the song Bauhaus - Bella Lugosi's Dead btw), and Glenn or Glenda actually attempts to tackle some pretty forward-thinking issues with respect to transsexual/transgender people (especially for its time). most of all both movies are of extremely crappy quality and therefore very funny :)
