hello, iam running actual on xp:-(
how is it posible to download the !# standard 32bit live cd withhin 12 hours?

the server dislike my opera i think...
the download is up to 60 percent done and the server dont want to give me more...
is this a server problem or is this problem at my side of the inet?
i had allready tried bittorrent but its also redfused working

iam online over a prepaid sim card with an e160e huawai modem(umts/hsdpa/hsupa)
the os is winxp(grrrrr) sp2
and ive got the comodo fw
hardware is an eeeboxpc b202

i dislike to get online without firewall....

there are 3 hours left in my paynet vodafon crap
iam since 9 hours online trying to download the goldenkalffleece...*im dreieck hüpf*
ok calm down... ill try it again...
deactivate comodofw && activate winxpfw
and.... nothing just 50KB/s... waiting...

Did you try with a different browser like Firefox or even (sigh) IE?

Also try using a download manager like Orbit Downloader or Free Download Manager.

different browser:
            - tried firefox....no connection to the internet
download manager:
           - using orbit... amazing...lets see if this could solve the problem
              iam done with downloading at opera but perhaps the download was not complete...
              imgburn says that there is a wrong mode to write the content...o-O
              so iam trying it again...

yes the image was veryfied (md5)
yes the image was downloaded by orbit...
last time was it the standard this time was it the light version...

Try changing the Write Type and lowering the Write Speed. Also try using a different brand of CD media.

if available I would try to put the image on a flash drive with unetbootin. The lite image fit on my flash drive, If you cannot put it on a flash drive then there might be something wrong with your image. 

I had a similar problem when I downloaded Snowywind OSX (mac os x snow leopard) 7-zip, winzip, winrar, and squeeze all unzipped it as a image that wouldn't burn, crc and everything came back fine, it just wouldn't burn. Windows 7 RC's built in unzip worked perfectly. I have no clue as to what the problem was, but some things just fall through the cracks.

i can say the mirrors are ok... my fault
session at once was the failure
disk at once is needed
down loaded and burned at my dads pc/dsl
so i think everything is good... thanks 4 help
