Done some changes in the background of urxvt (#331717) and back to having two background colors in scrotbar. Tried a dna-like ansi scheme.
Beautiful setup. The red is perfect.
In other news, I've found a new ansi colour script.

Lovin' your last couple of scrots. Your irssi config is one of the sexiest around, I have to say. Makes me wanna switch back to it (I'm on weechat now). Orchestra of Bubbles is great. More Apparat than Ellen Allien, I must say.
...and I disagree. Guinness is the nectar of life, man!! (That should also answer your question on how I go about theming my monochrome desktops, btw)

Every time you do monochrome setups, they always manage to look a little different. I don't know how you do it, but every time, something even more astounding than the last pops up.
