No like this.
You are linking to Hurd, which is a kernel project NOT of the Linux kernel, not a distribution.
Debian was working on their own kernel called Hurd, before Linux showed up. Now that the Linux kernel is here, Hurd was no longer needed, but they still continue development.
Actual name of any distribution would be like Debian GNU/Linux, or even Debian/Ubuntu GNU/Linux, and yes, even Debian/Ubuntu/#!CrunchBang GNU/Linux.
Yes a big title, but it is the true title of this distribution. Any derivative of the parent distribution would also contain the name.
But I do not argue the fact, and allow everyone to mindlessly call every distribution of their choice "Linux", even though they are just mentioning the kernel, and not the actual distribution.
Represent my distro? I do not know what a distro is, but my distribution of choice is Debian, and my kernel of choice is GNU/Linux 2.6.26-1-amd64
