Topic: get rid of one white pixel...

ok, this is what I have done and I have not seen that one white pixel in days. wink

I opened the 'openbox configuration manager' and clicked the 'margins' tab on the left.  I added a one pixel margin to the left side (left the top 1 pixel margin as is).  So far so good.

Thanks twodogs, that one white pixel was making my OCD side go mad.

Re: get rid of one white pixel...

I just set all margins to 0...white pixel at 0,0 go bye-bye. wink

while ( ! ( succeed = try() ) );

Re: get rid of one white pixel...

I tried all the tricks described here but none worked out for me (Crunchbang 9.04.01 on Compaq CQ60-420us). Each time "pcmanfm" is opened, the white pixel at (0,0) appears. I absolutely love the look of crunchbang so this is really a scratch on a gem. The simpliest workaround i thought is this little script i share with you, just save in a file, make it executable and add it to your autostart.sh

#!/bin/sh

while [ 1 ]
do
xrefresh -geometry 1x1+0+0
sleep 1
done
