Actually, it was Batman. A tragic story.
As some of you may have known all along, Batman has been insanely jealous of the other Super Friends because Batman and I have no super powers. I'm cool with that, the gadgets and gismos and mad crimefighting skillz are enough for me, but not poor Batman. He has always been looking for some way to get super powers. Exposure to radiation, genetic splicing, whatever. His latest (and final) effort, though, has been tragic.
He arranged to be bitten by the same radioactive spider that changed Peter Parker from a skinny kid to the super-suave Spiderman! So Batman tried to duplicate it. Unfortunately the experiment did not have the desired effect. Instead of turning Batman into a super strong, wall-climbing chick-magnet, it turned his body into a hideous, twisted, hairy, bug-eyed abomination. With no super powers!
Now chicks are diggin' the Boy Wonder instead of the Bat, and his jealousy has multiplied. He lashes out at everyone. When he heard that his faithful sidekick uses Crunchbang, he attacked Crunchbang (through the forums). He's insane. Even tried to kill me once in a fit of jealousy.
It won't happen again. He's behind a force field at the Justice League building getting therapy and anger management training. With luck, he might make a fine sidekick someday. Wha'd'y'think? "Robin the Boy Wonder and his faithful sidekick, Spiderbat!" Has a nice ring to it, huh?
I apologize for him. He hasn't been himself since the experiment.

Sorry Damian, but "Robin the Boy Wonder" will always sound like a sidekick's name. You'll have to come up with a new moniker, like your predecessors Red Robin and Nightwing.

Yeah, I tried that, but people still call me the Boy Wonder. It doesn't help that my name really is Robin. I tried to lose the medieval costume and go with the supercool modern look like Red Robin and Nightwing, but it only confuses people. So I'm back to the old name and costume, tried and true. Besides, the short shorts and pixie boots make me feel kinda sexy, in an odd sort of way.

Damian Wayne, son of Bruce Wayne and Talia al Ghul, is the current Robin. Incidentally, his costume is considerably more mannish than Dick Grayson's, Jason Todd's, or Stephanie Brown's were when they were Robins.
By the way, I think it was former Batgirl Barbara Gordon who tried to disrupt the #! forums. Someone fed her false evidence that Anonymous was behind her father's death.
