you could always open your .bashrc and put

if [ -f ~/downloads/CBInfo/cbinfo.pl ]; then
    perl ~/downloads/CBInfo/cbinfo.pl
fi

at the bottom replacing ~/downloads/CBInfo with the path of the script of course to get something like this
