Topic: Suggestion: applications in an Openbox pipe menu
As things are, the OB menu appears to need manual editing when applications are added. IMHO, a good alternative to this would be to make a pipe menu script that converts XDG menus to Openbox pipe menus: something like this perhaps. This way applications would show up on install by default.
Edit: aha, it already exists in the form of the openbox-xdgmenu package... All it needs is to be included.
