Kicker transparency

I finally got Openbox set up just the way I want it, with one little exception. My Kicker isn't going transparent, it does go transparent under KDE3 (or 4 but, I don't recommend running plasma-desktop and kicker at the same time it wasn't good).

At first I thought it was because composting wasn't on (Awn for example cannot run without it) but, even with xcompmgr on I can't get the thing to turn transparent. Is there some option I have to do to allow it? I know using the new xcompmgr and running options I can make all of the menus and whatnot transparent (The search feature here taught me that) but, I just want the transparency on kicker to work, I don't want anything else transparent.

Any Ideas? Tint2 and Wbar seen to have their transparency effects work just fine.
