At http://crunchbanglinux.org/wiki/statler_which_version ; AMD K6 CPU's need a i486 kernel.

Depends on the K6. K6-II is i586, K6-III is i686. But dude... it's a wiki, feel free to contribute

I think K6-III is quite rare comparing to K6-I and II
Re. the wiki, I tried to log in with my forum account but it seems it needs another one. Since I actually don't use #! I thought someone more from inside could edit it to his/hers taste.
