That ... is...  awesome! Such a 70's feel to it. Guess I really like it because I'm actually from that era! lol

Wow, that's a staggering collection. It's a wonder in itself that someone would take the time it would take to put something like that together.  yikes You could probably do some very creative skinning stuff with all that artwork, though. Unfortunately I don't have a creative bone in my body. hmm

I'll check it out soon and try it out.
from ADeskbar is each icon? a differen lnk file?

Re: #! CrunchBang Linux Desktop Screenshots

When you configure ADeskBar you can choose the .desktop files for each program (there is a graphical configuration), and you will get the name and icon automatically from that.

Edit: You can get ADeskBar from here.

I was curious about this theme as well, and it looks like her latest has finally appeared on GNOME Look:

http://www.gnome-look.org/content/show. … ent=105432

It's called "Turquoise Grass" and includes GTK, PekWM and Openbox themes. She's getting quite good at this theming business.

Re: #! CrunchBang Linux Desktop Screenshots

The rightmost is the wallpaper, with a transparent bottom layer.

I like your desktop! Can you tell me a little more about it? You have "rounded corners" on the top-panel? How?

Danke big_smile (thank you)

I keep vacillating between maximal and minimalist setups; the latter's taken over for now.
The second pic has two conkys running- the only way to preserve the ability to right click anywhere on the screen with that setup.
Everything (theme, icons) is the #! 9.04 default.

Edit: The conky bars are battery and CPU, the text immediately below is the moc now-playing track. The #! text is part of the wallpaper.

First of all, my english is bad -sorry-, but my german is better roll

- Wallpaper: "oich'e aj seia" http://www.zixpk.com/2008/07/hd-wallpap … -seia.html
- Conky: my work, after 2 days (or 20 hours) work  mad, and with CMD and not SUPER shortcuts ... like OSX )
- tilda (my root terminal wink)
- OB Theme: Turquoise Grass http://www.box-look.org/content/show.ph … ent=105436
- Verdana fonts
- Panel: bmpanel and transpy theme (http://nsf.110mb.com/bmpanel/), with  little  modifications:

  • placement=top

  • alignment=center

  • width=70 %

i like the "informations" on the top, like OSX wink

The Transpy Theme has "round corners".
