I really like the simplicity and elegance of this one . . . but, it's kinda 'blue' ... like the sky

Actually, I used Inkscape to change the color a little.

Could you lower the text just above "waves", something like this.

I liked this one; but it felt too much like a wallpaper that would come with a KDE distro for me to use it.

Agreed . . . and that's what I did. Except I use Inkscape.

I'll post a screenshot once I get it to my liking. A have to change the colour schemes of Conky and tint2 first.

Hi all!

Thanks for your comments and suggestions as they were all creative and beautiful. After realizing that I lost the PSD file, then I had to remake all of the wallpapers again.

Here is a cool grey one. I though that the khaki would fit it the most. So, here it is.

And here is the black one, though about using warm grey with it.

And here is a forgotten wallpaper, was made long time ago, and though sharing it with you. I called it "#! leaf"

And last but not least, the new blue version as "semko" suggested. The text is now below, but the background is a bit darker and with a new font.

Hope you like them all. Waiting for replies.

I think this is the nicest one you did so far. I also like the black one, but I preferred it with the nice sans-serif font like in post #1..(which font is it?) – IMO crunchbang just screams for sans-serifness.

you should consider opening a gallery-thread for your creative output, so it's easier to find your wallpapers.
