Topic: Brightness won't go over 46, EEE Pc, Statler Alpha2

Hi, I'm forum newbie with some experience with crunchbang linux and many years experience with linux in general.

I'm trying to get Alpha2 working on my EEE Pc 1008p, but it seems rather impossible to get the brightness over 46%. It worked fine in previous (ubuntu based) versions of crunchbang. Has anyone else experienced similar problems?

I have some other minor issues with hotkeys and things like that so general tips and tricks on EEE Pc and statler would be greatly appreciated.
