Topic: Enable screen-edge scrolling
Greetings, I'm using crunchbang for my media server hooked up to my old TV. It's pretty crappy (the TV that is, #! is awesome) and appears to have a native res of 400x300 or so. High resolutions come out pretty tough to read and use even with increased size fonts. I just installed XBMC and I noticed one time when playing with the resolution in XBMC that I exited and the system was set at 400x300, but when I moved the mouse to the edge of the screen it scrolled over. This seemed to be ideal as now I could read everything well and still be able to scroll to see all the buttons in programs that don't display well in 400x300. After setting the resolution back to 720x480, and then back again it stopped doing the cool screen scrolling. I've tried repeating the steps I took in adjusting the res in XBMC to 400x300 and then exiting, but it doesn't work like it did before. Perhaps it was just a useful glitch. I was wondering if it is possible to permanently enable this feature so I can read things better and still reach all the buttons. Thanks for any help!
